“I want to drop 20 pounds,” isn’t how the script reads, but rather “I am so grateful I lost those 20 pounds and am now at my goal.”

Whether you’re scripting, visualizing, meditating, or writing down affirmations, always demonstrate gratitude while you’re tapping into how you’re feeling when manifesting. Every day, write down what you are grateful for in your life, and even when scripting, express gratitude for achieving your goals.
